THE COURSE
Today more than Managers we require Leaders in every organisation, company, and institution. Those who are groomed to take logical and creative decisions. Those who have a vision, Passion, and a core Philosophy. Led by high standards of morals and ethics, these focused and result-oriented leaders are the need of our generation.
This specially designed course will be the first of its kind that will teach Leadership as a scientific subject and process. Created by expert academicians from the University of Mumbai and the Government of India, this course offers to teach ancient and modern methods of Leadership.
SYLLABUS
2 year Post Graduate course “Masters in Leadership Science”
Will have 16 papers spread over 2 years (4 semesters)
Subjects will include – Kautilya’s (Chanakya’s) Arthashastra, Understanding Leadership from Global prespective, Leadership from Ancient Indian texts, Philosophers of Leadership (Indian and Western), Political Leadership, Women Leadership, Adminstrative Leadership, Corporate/ Industry Leadership, Social Leadership, Socio-spiritual Leadership, decision science, Leadership and communication etc
Includes – field visits, study and interaction with Leaders of various institutions

STRUCTURE
Designed for working leaders, classes will be held on Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings. Also, practicals and projects to be carried out on regular days. (Note – this year due to Panademic lectures will be held online)

The teachers and visiting faculties will be leaders from various sectors covering a wide range of areas including Politics, Economics, Science, Technology, Military, Administrative, Academic, Social fields among others.
